Apoyo Dravet Foundation chairman visits our laboratory

 

Luismi Aras, the chairman of the Apoyo Dravet Foundation, has visited our laboratory to kick start a new collaboration in personalised medicine. Dravet Syndrome is a childhood epilepsy with a genetic basis. In this new project we intend to introduce in Drosophila the clinical mutations found in patients with the aim to find new biomarkers and screen for new drugs.
